We are delighted to welcome children and adults for baptism into the Christian faith. Children of those living in the parishes, or who have family connexions here are normally baptized during our Family Services. Please contact the vicar to make arrangements.
Our three beautiful medieval churches are popular places in which to make the solemn vows of marriage, and to ask God’s blessing on your relationship. We will do all we can to make your wedding day as happy and successful as possible. We are governed by Acts of Parliament in whom we may marry in our churches, however. The basic rule is that either one of you must live in the parish in which you wish to marry, or you must regularly worship with us on a Sunday. Please contact the vicar to discuss your plans in good time, usually at least six months in advance of your intended marriage.
